It is not easy to understand someone’s real personality. Also in just one meeting, it is not possible.
To know about someone’s true personality, we must wait. It takes time.
Whenever we meet any stranger, we start judging them. Before understanding their true personality, we create an image in our mind. We judge them on the basis of that image and treat them accordingly.
Instead, we should observe them and listen with an unbiased approach. Rather than making assumptions we should ask interesting questions, talk to them, and check their body language. It will help us a lot in understanding them.
